Trinity Meds respects your privacy, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

We collect: personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone), health-related information, internet/device information, and usage details.

We collect information directly from you, automatically as you navigate the Platform, and from third parties such as physicians and pharmacies.

The Platform may utilize cookies to improve functionality. You can set your browser to refuse cookies. We respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

III. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, communications, account administration, platform improvement, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and AI/machine learning analysis in compliance with HIPAA.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive texts from Trinity Meds/OpenLoop, you consent to recurring SMS/MMS messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

IV. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information to service providers, medical providers, OpenLoop affiliates, payment processors, marketing entities, and as required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

V. Your Options

You can refuse cookies via your browser. We do not currently respond to 'do not track' signals.

VI. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures. In the event of a breach, we will notify you within 60 days as required by law.

VII. Third-Party Platforms

Our Platform may link to third-party websites. Trinity Meds and OpenLoop are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

VIII. Minimum Age

Trinity Meds does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18.

IX. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

You have the right to know about the Personal Information we collect, use, and disclose about you in the past 12 months.

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information we collect about you.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
